1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on CG Blender Market are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be granted in the following circumstances:

• The purchased file is corrupted or missing essential components, and the issue cannot be resolved.
• The product description was misleading or significantly different from the actual item delivered.
• Duplicate purchases made in error, provided the request is made within 3 days.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to revoke access to purchased products and take further action if necessary.
